Dichorionic Diamnionic Twin Pregnancy
Discordant for Anencephaly is a rare occurrence with only
very few reported cases. We report a case of dichorionic
twin pregnancy discordant for fetal anencephaly delivered at
37 to 38 weeks of gestation when she had premature rupture
of membrane and was managed expectantly.
